non residents and wma permits

Just make sure Mr. GW isn't watching from the sidelines. I think either way he has to have the licenses and permits. Not totally sure though. Might be worth asking the Man himself.

nobody seemed to know if a non resident could purchase a wma permit, including store clerks, the non res hunting licence is no problem.

Call the local FWC office and I'm sure they can help. I've called a few times down here and they've always been helpful.
