They seem to have problems with a high turnover rate. I don't know why with a $2700 membership :rolleyes . My dad's a member in Kudzu Hill II across the road and their dues are $1100 less. He's taken a nice buck that scored 131 from there, but it's still not worth the membership dues IMO.
