There are also bear poles out there, but I'm not sure if they sell them down around Spring Hill or not. They are made out of the 3" square tubular 1/4" steel, about 20' tall with a pulley, winch, and cable already attached for like $150. If you raise the winch up another 4-5' up the pole, the bears can't "strum" the cable to get the corn to dump out. You'll also want to grease the pole well with axle grease and slide some 12" sections of 4" schedule 40 PVC around the pole enough to almost reach the winch. Between the grease and the pvc, the bears can't get a grip on the pole to climb it.
