she is an old friend of the family, and when i called her to ask her she said i just need to ride down and look at it and she will tell me a price, i told her when i come down there dont give me a heart attack with the price, she said o no i will cut you a good deal!! she said i will sell you the whole 8 acres plus a trailer if you want it , just come look at it.
