Allen without proof there's not much you can do.They found some dead deer in a ditch this last Sunday. 1 buck with it's head cut off a doe and a button buck. I think they cut some of the hams off of them and dumped them.Why poach a deer then dump it in a ditch is beyond me. I'm fairly certain where they came from,but if they're not caught in the act it's to bad.Another thing that's pissing me off is all the animal carcasses being dumped on the side of the road,mainly hogs some fully intact.I wonder what all the anti-hunters think about us when they see that mess right in te open.Is it really that hard to drag them off the road a little?
yea i see dead killed hog thrown on the road also. Thats hunters who just kill and not hunt. Some people hunt hogs to "just throw them in a ditch" I mean i understand if you have a large farm and theres like 30,000 hogs killing your profits but i still wouldnt "throw them in a ditch" id get hunters to come in and hunt them and harvest them. People get a thrill out of just killing an animal. Those people scare me cause they might shoot a human when the thrill of shooting animals for the hell of it gets boring.

True.. when i was at a certain wma 2 weeks ago the guy says "ok drive up the road and dump the guts in the BIG HOLE we dug out". So on the way there i see hog heads and guts all over the place, i see a hog that was killed and one ham taken off and left, a hog cut in half and other stuff. Literally they could have drove 50 more feet and put it where it belongs.. We were literally crushing skulls getting to the PROPER place to dump the waste.
I do have to say that sometimes repoting poachers does work. My friend is the park ranger at silver lake and he told me about some guys scouting Croom off of the river that found some stands and corn piles in the WMA.Game Wardens hid in the woods and busted them bow hunting in there.Took their bows and trucks too I think. He said they cried like babies and they said they didn't know they were breaking the law.
drop a dime on them.You have done your service and up to LEO from there.Also on what SA was saying.If they find carcuss and have a idea of who done it they will do DNA test on meat found in a persons freezer.I know a guy from years back that done some time for illegal game and that is how they got him
