How often do you run your feeder?

I run mine about the same as Allen. 1/2 hr. after sun up and about a 1/2 hr. before sunset. I've only had to deal with bears a few years but from what I've seen you're gonna have bears with a feeder. My buddies that just hand spread corn had no bears and plenty of deer.

At this time my feeder goes off 1/2 hour after sunrise for three seconds and 10 hours later for three seconds. 200 pounds of corn lasts 3 months or a little longer. Going to put up new feeder later today and set it for one time a day sometime around noon for three seconds. Maybe this will get the hogs out to feed during the day.
