Hard to tell where he's hunting. We had a 1200 acre lease that ran roughly parallel to US192 with entrances off of 441 and 192. It was the first ranch entrance south of 441. Last we'd heard, they built a power plant right on one of the areas that had the better hunting. Then, they didn't want to reduce the cost of the lease, even though the total acreage available to hunt had been cut down by 25%. There are some monster bucks there, and way more Osceola long beards than I really want to remember. We saw a couple hogs over the years, but nothing near anything sustainable for hunting.

A lot of them near Bull Creek are WET and get used by the locals at their leisure.

If he's talkin about the one that's between 192 and 441 in the southwest corner, then it's pretty dry. There's a big swamp "Big Ben" there on the NE part of the lease. It takes more than a day to walk around that sucker, but with a chainsaw and a lot of motivation, you can cut yourself a path back to some of the islands in there, and there are some SERIOUS wall hangers in there.
