I have a Croom 9 day permit and a doe tag ,does anyone know if the doe permit is trtansferable? I will be out of town and will be unable to use either,I'm gonna send the 9 day tag back but am not sure about the doe tag.

Yes the doe tag is transferable from one person to another. But to be able to use the doe tag you also have to have a quota hunt for the same date. So you could not give the permit to somebody unless they have a quota hunt for the same date.

Can a kid use it with an exemption if his dad took him and didn't hunt? my friend wants it for his kid,I'm not sure if that will work or not. I guess I'll call headquarters today and find out.
