Opening morning I missed one, but turned it to a buddy sitting a 1/4 m away, he didn't miss. A nice six pt , he didn't have brow tines. Later that day I went to another spot, when i got to where I could see my stand someone was in it! Well I had to go somewhere in a hurry it was getting prime time. By the time I got in my tree it was 1/2 hr till dark. Feeling disgusted I pulled out my doe n a can and tried it, I'm a believer, because here he came in a hurry, he ran over started grunting and tearing up some saplings. 30 yard shot!! 170LB 8PT

No, I havnt killed a real nice one in 4 yrs. I do have a nice one picked out, but hunting public land you cant ever tell if he will be there come Sept....
I'm with GoodOyster. I'm willing to learn whatever you got to teach. I've stayed away from ONF because of all the horror stories. Now, I'm wonderin if that was all hype to keep me away.
