2 of the 4 reviews say it allllllll.... Junk. The second guy wishes he would have held out and bought a model 700....
If you are buying a new gun, I would choose a 30-06 over a 270, and a 7mm-08 over any of them. just something about a 270 I don't care for. not for me
I shoot a 243 and a 30-30 as my primary rifles, and there is not an animal in Fla I can't kill with either. Barnes TSX bullets thru that 243 are a deer killing little bullet
If you are going to hunt Fla, don't get caught up in the whole "flat shooting" debate. Any high powered rifle (just about), are fine for shots to 400 yards. Most Floridians have never made a 400 yard shot, as well as a 300 yarder, or even 200. Unless you are shooting down a long power line or huge clearing, long distances are hard to achieve
I've killed a bunch of game in my life and have only made 2 incredibly long shots. One was 386 yards in Colorado on the elk I killed, the other was 400 yards on a 8pt I have on the wall running dogs with a 30-06. Other than that, most shots are 100 yards or less...most under 50
The model 770 is proven JUNK....Maybe as bad or worse than the 710
Here you go $225.

I wouldn't give you $75.00 for it!
The gun is 349$ with a scope and you can get it from a .243 to a .308 and comes with a 3-9x40mm scope its a basspro exclusive has good reviews to. And all calibers are $349
