yea if you dont have anything then it doesnt really matter. they can search anywhere if they want

ATF's are feds.Thought we had this conversation just recently. I've came out of the woods once and had two of them searching thru my truck. They opened up the topper and went thru all my coolers then shook me down.
They had two FWC officers checking hunters leaving the tram road the evening before the archery opener at Arbuckle WMA. We talked to them for a minute and they did a quick check of our truck to check for weapons of any kind. They were nice enough, but still let you know who was in charge. They told us they had to stay there most of the evening checking vehicles, so they were grilling steaks on a little hibachi grill. Based on their size, weapons, and demeanor, I wouldn't want to get on their bad side...
