First 9 days of archery and gun are reserved for quotas on most wma's after that you should be able to hunt until the end of each season
Every WMA is different. look at the brochure and see if it requires quotas for any of the seasons. You are about 3 months too late to apply for any for this year
I thought there was an article on FWC that showed open areas but couldn't find it. Gonna have to read each brochure for the areas in your new area and figure it out.

Choctawhatchee River and Econfina Creek are both on the list. No quotas on the river except for Spring Gobbler. Econfina Creek allows Exempt hunting during quota periods.
