I have been reading on the FWC site and get all this quota stuff but do they any times for open hunting?I just do not see any stated dates for open hunting at all.What is the deal please!

It depends on which WMA you are looking at. Some require no quota at all and then some are nothing but quota hunts. So ultimately it will depend on which one you wish to hunt.

Open hunting? What do you mean by open hunting? Are you talking General Gun season w/o a quota permit?
