I think so. It should tell you at the bottom of the page that said unsuccessful...

Struck out on all my choices ! :no :no :no No luck as usual . I do have a stupid question thou can you apply for an area where it is for dog hunting but still hunt without dogs and still hunt ?

Got my last choice! Will be hunting Hilochee in the middle of January '12! Gives me plenty of time to figure out where the heck Hilochee is and do some scouting!
