im pretty pissed that fwc put out the hog quota with out having the new brochures out and no know number of permits for each place they need to get there shart together

Brochures have never been out before June. Hunts are still going on from the 2010-11 season, and they have to wait till the next meeting for any last minute changes, before publishing.
Some of these hunts start in the summer, hence why the drawings are out so early
So if I'm ready it right, it appears that the Phase 1 drawing results will be available 4/19, is that correct?
