Actually, a game warden can not search anywhere UNLESS they have probable casue. Without PC, they have no right to search antyhing. And they MUST have a search warrant to search your home unless they are in pursuit during the act of a crime and they have probabl cause. Otherwise, the same equal protection afforded to you under the law and the 14th amendment applies to them as well. They don't have some magical power or ignore the law card. They still have procedure to follow. Doesn't mean they can't be dicks, but it does mean that they have to play by the same rules as any officer. Think of them as the FHP with the added authority to pursue poachers. :ninja

I know back when I was about 14 me and my family were fishing at Three Lakes and they were doing a drug bust/sting on some deal that was going on out there. There were helicopters flying around and we had about 20 guys pull up to us asking us if we had seen anything and what not. Pretty amazing thing to see when all you're doing is fishing. :eek
Im with Iluv2hunt. I used to have no problem with them at all until a couple officers decided I had stolen the jon boat i owned even though i had the title and registration on me. Took it from me and never got it back. To this day, I have not heard one thing from the FWC or the officers. Complete :sheet
I respect what they do being law enforcement and everything, but they need to calm down and stop treating every single hunter in the woods like a criminal. They are supposed to be protecting the woods, not scarring all the hunters out of it.
