just be the group leader and hunt by yourself of put a guest on the quota.. simple..
Wrong, Wildlife refuge hunts are way different than state land hunts on wma's. If your group is drawn you have to pay the small fee to hunt,if one of your party does not pay he just don't get to hunt. You can still hunt as long as your party is drawn. There are no guests on refuge hunts,your chances wil be the same.
I was awareded the Wakulla archery as the group leader. My friend never applied as a group member so I have no group members. Permit availability shows that there are no more permits for Wakulla. Can he apply during the second application period to be apart of my group or is it too late?
Yep. Sounds like ur friend is out of luck. My FIL and I were selected for Wakulla too, so we'll probably be up there sometime the first week of Nov if I'm not oncall
