I swear I would have better luck hatching dinosaur embryo's in test tubes than getting these "SUPER HOTS" to germinate.
All my standard species are sprouting well. Actually some are big enough to transplant now into bigger containers. Just the super hot varieties are frustrating me. They say they are difficult. They aint lying
Ill take pics later

Man you can say that again. I have only one of my hot pepper plants that came up out of 18. Everything else is up and will be ready to transplant by next week.

You could try to pre-germinate them I know the seeds are costly but you can get an idea of germination %.

The problem I have is temperature. They need 80-90deg to germinate. Almost impossible to achieve as cool as its been the last few weeks, without supplying some type of heat mat. I have them in my utility room and have lights on in there to keep it warm. Soil temp is maintaining about 75deg

Ive had probably 90%+ germination on everything except my super hots. Ive had less than 20% on them. So far I think I have 4 ghost peppers, 6 datils, and only one white habanero to sprout. I ordered another batch of seeds from a university

I just planted them the other day so well see what happens. Realy looking forward to the Aji Limons
