Been updating the corn patch food plot on Wednesdays, today it has been 33 days since it was planted. The next few weeks will be like watching paint dry. We have had some excellent rains in the last weeks. The plants are about waist-high out in the field and the next big event will be the "tossling stage". One picture is looking north from the edge in the planted pines toward the shooting house, the other just shows the weeks growth as the leaves are almost covering the middles which will provide shade that helps with weed and grass control.
