Anyone been surf fishing in Boca area, how are you doing

Not Boca, but I was in the St. Pete area the other night and the snook were chasing the glass minnows right on the beach in the evening. Even saw a slot size red cruising the shallows by the pass. Unfortunately I came home with just a snapper. That was the only thing interested in the shrimp I was using.
