Ok last week me and my wife got the flooring in the jonboat! When I first did it I was too lazy to take out the front battery so I cut around it well I wasn't happy with that so I bought a new piece of padding pulled out the battery & installed the madding under it, put the battery back and then put the scrap piece of padding in the back.

It's really solid it's basically one and a half inch foamboard insulation the real hard stuff that's closed cell foam with a layer of 3/8 inch horse stall padding over top

I also installed two new tiedown cleats in the rear
