No collar? CAn you get your hands on her?
skittish and no collar, you know what to do although we all hate doing it. The last thing we need as dog hunters is to be blamed for releasing dogs into the wild. Someone should be hung from an oak limb for releasing this dog. A cull is to be culled and not released.
She may have slipped her collar and run off. She looks pretty fat to me. I'd be willing to take her and try her out if you cam get you hands on her.

I can see hip bones and count her ribs and I'm just looking on a cel phone.
She looks typical of any dog that has run its ass off every day of hunting season for three months. Just trimmed down and lean. Definitely not sick or starved(yet)
She either slipped her collar or was a cull that some idiot pulled the collar off of and left to fend for itself. If you want to see a poor hound dog, find a loner in the woods about a month from now thats lived on road killed dillers for a month. You can read the newspaper thru their sides.
That dog there is beautiful, and a week laying around a dog pen she would be back to normal
