I could eat that entire bowl of ceviche' with some fried tostones... (green plantains)
Yea, its some good stuff. Its funny after making it the first time my wife wouldn't come near it, all she saw was raw fish, which really it isn't since basicly the citric acid in the lemon juice cook it.
I finally got her to try it and now shes like when you going to make more. She says I need to market my fish dip says its the best she ever had. For christmas she did get me a food processor to make it a little easier when it comes to choppin up the ingredients. I also made some rolls with some smoked Grouper and atleast once a week shes asking when I'm gonna make more. The only problem with making all this is my friends find out and it doesn't seem to last long, least it doesn't go to waste. heres a couple pics to make you hungry.
Man I love me some ceviche. I do my own smoked fish dip too. I have never had a complaint after making and serving it. Usually gone within a few minutes
good fish and good eating!
