Quick ? when you cleaned them any worms through out the flesh? The last two that I got offshore Pinellas county were infested and uneatable! They were both over 30lbs so just asking!

No worms, nice clean fillets. Think I'm going to make some ceviche with the hoo and smoke some kingfish I have and make some smoked dip.
