Not really your doing all the work and getting paid 1 fish 😆 He doesn't have to hire a crew to do the fishing. I would assume he has his commercial license and is going to sell the catch.

Not to fishy. He is a commercial fisherman that uses rod and reel. I think when they fish like that they are only aloud 3 people on the boat. The kicker is since they are fishing commercial they can keep more than their 3 red and 6 gag. I think alot of the 6 person charter boat are doing more of this to keep from going under.
