Fort Pierce grovers

They are definitely one of my five favorite eating fish. When I fry them I dust them in House-Autry seafood breader, egg wash, coat in Panko, fry, and when they come out of the fryer season with Everglades fish & fowl. Unfortunately there are rarely any leftovers.
