They are one of my favorite eating fish of all

Get a pot of water boiling and add liquid crab boil
Cut Sheepie fillets into nuggets (bite size)
Drop fish pieces into water and cook about 2 minutes
serve with melted butter for dipping

Also known as "Poor mans lobster". They eat crustaceans, and do sorta taste like crab or lobster
