Did you ever see that pink bow I posted here from Craigslist,it was a joke but it would probably work for what you need.

Word of advice, if you can keep her shooting right handed the do it. It is much easier to find RH bows and guns then lefties. I was left handed when I was little and my parents forced me to shoot, throw, bat, and write right handed and I am glad they did. My best friend is a leftie and it took him 6 months to sell a rifle that should have sold in a week because it is a leftie. Check out Mathews, they make a bow called Genesis. I beleive it is fully adjustable and when they step up to something else you can use it for a bowfishing bow. It has no let off, so there is no set draw length. Check out ArcheryTalk.com - classifieds - bow for sale - womens and kids bows. They have some great deals on there, most of the bows are already set up.

I'm the same way, but I forced myself when I was young. It actually comes in real handy to be able to shoot lefty or righty- I killed 2 last year with my muzz lefthanded.

Plus, if you start with left handed, while it's harder to find lefty youth bows, you can get some AWESOME deals on lefty adult bows almost every year.
