I really dont think it is broadhead failure. If you puncture the heart or both lungs the animal is going to die within short order,it doesnt matter what it was punctured by. I have been told by a guy with alot more bowkills than me that if you put a field point through both lungs the deer will die quickly. I saw the show and have looked at it a few times and I think that the shot was a little low and missed anything vital.

Also shot angles and camera angles differ so it may have missed vitals
