Another douche bag trying to be a t.v. star and making a cheesy commercial at the expense of to gut shot animal. And why is it every time these video types azz shoot or gut shoot an animal they say "I hit it a little far back"?My thought are, this is a very disguting video.I'd be embarresed to make a video with shots like that. He obviously can't shoot at over 50 yards so he never should have attempeted doing it. Andc what did he do? SSee another video where somebody got a two in one so he thought he'd try? I think this stick'em archery guy is an a-hole.
unethical shot,no confermed recovery of either hog,2 wounded animals. just the first 3 things that come to mind.....
well,I'm admittedly no hog expert but that arrow did not pass completely thru both hogs and the 2nd looks like it was gut shot (soft tissue/no bone) the first hog maybe it caught a rib on one side and I'm sure it took a while or a follow up shot for both to die. not detracting from 2 shots with 1 arrow is quite a feat with a bow esp at 53 yd's and he never said how many lbs he was pulling. not exactly sure what the point is here. I think a fixed blade muzzy might work as well or better, who knows. IMO if you wanna kill 2 with 1 shot USE A GUN and better shot placement.
Having shot many many many hogs, I can tell you for a fact both of those are gut shot. Unless he hit the femoral artery on hog #1, or had a catch dog, neither would be recovered by blood trailing. been there, done that..........
