Nope. Sounds to me like one of them "Hind sight" sights, except this one doesn't have the cross-hairs in back.

POS in my personal and professional opinion. It's nice to get rid of the peep; if you just aren't able to figure out how to make it aligne with your eye. However it does affect accuracy. Between your peep and front sign pin you have a sight plane of about thirty inches for most archers. Without the peep, your sight plane is reduced to a virtual five inches.
That affects your accuracy and makes your bow hand form VERY critical. Any torque on your bow riser will throw you off.
