So, don't drill? I'm thinkin that with the translucent nocks, drilling is not really needed. Am I wrong?

I use the see through gold ones they work good but the clear ones will do well .
They are prty darn bright even in a green nock.
The heck with them I am going to try to just arrowem to a tree like Nacho.
That would save a lot of leg work.lol

I have made them for a few years now. I do it precisely like in the video and they work out well. That included drilling the back of the nock. I will guarantee you will screw the first one up, but once you get the hang of it you can put one together in just a few minutes.

FullPull, that's so true! I never thought of it that way. Of course, whether you miss or not, the broadhead's toast. They don't react well to trees. But it sure saves on the trackin time.

IL2H, have you had any issues with the nock splitting or anything by drilling out the back? Sounds a little safer to not drill it out, Of course the glue would make it easier to reset, but the odds of breaking the light outweigh the extra time to remove the nock to reset it.
