So i have been working with my ml. shooting high, and the fiberoptic sights that came with my cva wolf, mainly the rear sight is loose, so i am taking off open sights and scoping it, with an old weaver 3x. i think that scope will be fine. got it on just gotta boresight it. Getting excited for season! looking for wmas i can hunt without quota permits for ml season dont wanna wait till my upper hillsborough quota in january, although i will def be hunting that weekend!

I have the Wolf also and love it. Bought it as a back~up gun, but use it most of the time now. They have gotten more popular...they were $119 when I bought mine a few years back. Now they are like $167
thanks for the info Iluv2hunt mine was 179 at dicks with realtree apg stock. i had considered a tc that was same price but cva won me over with qrbp.
M/l is my favorite time of year. I'd trade all other seasons for ml
Key to them is keeping them clean(and dry)
I shoot (2) 777 pellets and a 250gr T/C Shockwave in both my guns
I am shooting 777 as well with 295 gr powerbelts, and i have to clean after every shot (ocd) not to mention that 2nd shot is tough to get down the barrel, would like to try out imr white hots, but got plenty of 777 to go thru first. this will be my first year ml, and my first oppurtunity at upper hills for anything other than small game and turkey.
