You also need breech plug grease. Sorry, I am just thinking of things that are essentials for muzzleloading. That should cover all the "must have" stuff. The grease keeps the breech plug from seizing in the breech from heat
That's cool because I have no clue what I need. I have never shot a ML and only have seen one fired once. So this is all new to me.
Don't forget some lub for the barrel , , i also use shockey's pioneer gold pellets, i found it very accurite and clean and i was using the T/C shock waves 250 with the black sabots, but found some hornady 250 with red sabotts they load very easy and have 1/2 inch groups at 100 yrds
T/C used to offer a great starter kit with all the needed goodies as in cleaning supplies,jag,brush,moose milk,bore butter patches and such.
