Just make sure that it is a break open. I went through 3 before moving to the Encore. Being a break open, it is so easy to clean. And you will spend more time cleaning it than shooting it. If you need help sighting it in and playing with loads, just let me know. I am more than willing to help out. I bought a CVA wolf for my son 2 years ago, I found it a Wal-Mart after season. I got the gun and the scope kit for 89.00. I had to but it for that price.
