how many of you just shoot the loader during the season? this season its gonna be my primary gun and depending on what type of ground hunting i do i will take my 12 gauge out. muzzl. through gen gun and small game for me.
I only hunt with mine during BP season. But the thing is, I get a lot of BP hunts. I have the WMA that I hunt at the end of Oct, then BP 3 days in my lease(NW zone), then a couple special hunts usually in Citrus WMA, then we have the late ML season in the lease in Feb at the lease. So mine get drug out a bit.
There is something about Ml season that I absolutely love. I guess it is because me and my dad spent so much time together during that season

I know what you mean. I love BP season. Something about it. I have been know to use my ML during rifle season but my 308 encore is money all day long.
I use mine as my primary weapon. I started muzzle loading about 3 yrs ago and now my inline CVA Buckhorn is all I take to the stand. I figure if you can't take them with one shot, then you probably won't get a second chance. I feel it's more of a challenge too :>)
