Performance (accuracy) Is all in the barrel, I would worry about it being like a flashlight you know, a case to hold dead batteries.

I'll agree a lot of accuracy lies in the bbl maybe the most, but it's certainly not the only factor. trigger wt/quality, lock time, bedding (fit of guns action and bbl into the stock), the fit of the entire gun to the actual shooter, type of sights all play a part in the accuracy.
