I ate there when they first opened once and thought they were a little to pricy.I don't really know, are they fresh or canned. I use to grow a lot of collards and cook them down with some salt pork and seasons. Then a few squirts of Louisan hot sauce. That's some fine eating there.
greens for us guineas is broccoli rabe, but there all good.
panda thats a fine group there! hey how do you like that pro hunter? i was looking into one two years ago when i still had money, i wanted to get the 50cal and a 308. but i dont know anyone who has or had one to ask, what i was also wondering is how well does it stay zero'd with taking barrels off and on? also they are kinda pricey for the barrels so are they over all worth it?
I have had mine for going on 3 years, both the 50 cal M/L and i also have a 308 stainless barrel the both shoot as well,, one thing the 308 doesn't like lead bullets , 150 winchester power points, shoots the same type group at 50 yards and 3/4 inch at 100 yards.. I would buy the gun again if i had the need. I really like it... i have a nikon 3x9 pro staff on the M/L and a burris 3x9 on the 308 never have to readjust when taking the barrels off and putting back on
thanks for the info panda. next year if funds are back to normal i might just re visit the idea again.
That's a nice BP, I love my omega .50. CAn't wait till Sat morn, wish we'd just get a bit of rain though.
It seems all my family and friends shoot either the omegas or pro hunters and all love them. I'm leaning towards an omega next year, as all I really need is a muzzleloader. I've got the CVA wolf now but I would really like to extend my BP accuracy range to 250 yds.
BTW watch your step with the dry conditions this year. I ran over two moccasins coming out of the woods today :eek It will take me 20 mins to make it 200 yds off the road in the mornings while looking for them...
