great hunting. I haven't hunted Colorado yet. Idaho, New Mexico, Montana. Nothing like it. We watched cock pheasants fight in the middle of a paved road one afternoon. Grouse to me taste like a pheasant. Dark meat but very good. We also watched pronghorns in New Mexico but did not have the time to hunt them. he elk were bugling. Very nice mixed bag of game..
