I just got back from hunting my native CO. Mama and Me are pretty well set for the winter. I took a really fat mulie doe off a friend's ranch in Eastern CO with a .54 cal T/C Renegade.

Add her to a decent pronghorn buck I took 2 weeks ago and we sure won't starve in the coming months.

Cheers. :cowboy

I completely process it out west, including grinding the burger, and then freeze it solid. I transport it in coolers with a big chunk of dry ice. After to cooler is filled with meat and the dry ice you use duct tape to completely seal the lid all the way around. Meat will stay frozen for 3 days this way if you use a high quality cooler.

I didn't like to first pics so I'm putting better ones up. Unfortunately I can't seem to edit the original post. Not sure why.

Pronghorn. Notice he has a 3rd horn on the bridge of his nose. I've never seen that before.

Mule Deer Doe.

Limit of blue grouse.
