$500 will buy a lot of beef at Costco or Sams!

Most places out west charge $1500.00 to start and all you get to keep is the head. if you want the hide its like $500.00 extra and if you want the meat they charge by the pound

I just wish they would call them as they are kill ranchs not hunts.

if it happens, its pretty much for the meat. i do think it could be a fun experience, but i would not expect it to be a real deal 'hunt', nor would it be revered as such.
