back up side arm

I am sure you can if the back up is black powder also. I also know you can if you carry a Concealed Weapons permit. I have one of those. I know in North Carolina you could carry a .22 back up on your side in the open durring black powder season but I am not sure about Florida.

you can carry it legaly, just not use it for hunting. and a back up blackpowder is supposed to be a single shot muzzle loader,not a six shot ruger old army revolver that loads at the cylinder, too bad. lots of us have thought of that.
