You're not kidding. How long did that much meat last you and where did you keep it all?
That would more than fill a stand up freezer wouldn't it?

I built a church a few years back and the preacher was from Idaho. He said his son is an avid moose hunter and said that moose meat is better than beef. I would love to go up to northwesr Canada and hunt sometime. My buddy who has hunted in Sackatchewan for about 5 years straight said he won't go back because the prices keep going up,and that the game wardens up there treat you like a criminal at the airports. That's no way to treat money spending tourist's if'in ya ask me.Think I'll stick to hunting the states.I have talked to a few guys that say you can hunt Africa cheaper than the western U.S.

There were three of us from Florida that hunted Canada the first time, and just my dad and I the second time. We kept the meat in three different freezers and i still have some groundmoose.

moose is tastey. had it a couple times. when i was in school, one of my classmates' father killed a moose and they brought in jerky for everyone. had it a couple years ago at a get together as well. very good both ways.
