Checked it out and it's gonna be a couple mile walk along the canal to get where he said to go. I got to talk to a guy going out and he said that is a good area and hardly anyone goes that far on foot. Gonna see about borrowing a john boat and giving it a try. :boat
I can bring my canoe down and use it to float down the canal until we have to walk.

you need to talk to the right person.. i saw on tv guys parking on the road and hitting those canals.. no boats at all..
