I'm going to the Peace River with my family tomorrow, I'll be fishing for bass and bream... Maybe even try for a snook... Anybody else fish (or fished) around there?

My family goes camping at peace river every year. It's usually in the winter so I can't say much about the fishing, but camping is nice. The kids caught a few bream but that was about it.

Camped and canoed the Peace River but never fished it. For fish anyhow. We did do a Fossil Float down the river once and found a bunch of cool fossils. Camel bones, giant dugong ribs, giant sloth bones, etc. Very cool river and shallow in most places where we went anyhow.
