Buddy of mine picked up a Dog Quota Hunt on a WMA in North Florida. He does not have a dog. I have never seen/been to the dog hunt side. Do people still hunt these dog quota permits? If so, any suggestions on strategies?

Ya, it be nice. He has the permit and he can bring one quest. We both don't have dogs and I was planning on going with him as a guest. Wondering if people still hunt these hunts or if they are dog hunting only.

Even though I do not have dogs I planned on hunting one over in Lake Panny - but I will have to turn it back in when ever I figure out how to. I do not actually have the permit in hand, but was awarded back in the fall. Can't go since its during the week.
