Went scouting today

I went scouting today in a WMA that I hunt, and saw a lot of deer movement. 17 deer between 5 and 7 Pm one small buck, three were large bucks. One was at 40 yds 8 or 9pt outside his ears , lots of mass, large body. Stopped after I whistled and stood there staring at me for about 3min. Happens everytime I don't take my 24x zoom digital/video camera. This is the most deer I've seen scouting this area in a while, just hope its like this when bow opens.
