Dam the only give out 40 quota permits and noone on here has one!.. DANGET!

That's a shame you just moved there. Before last year they had walk in permits available for each hunt for many years. It is a shame you did not show any interest until now my buddies "BIL" was looking for a guest, but has found 1 this week. He has 20 acres 10 miles north of Branford where we stay when we hunt there. It seems to me you could just hunt some of the unfenced unposted lots that are around that area. I noticed a lot of land like that in the area. It is legal to do so.

I never showed any interest because it was too far. Now that im there all the time i looked around and found it was close. Thats why!

Better to shoot first than to have to return fire. Best defense is a good offense. I say make em holy like the pope, cept full of holes.

I understand. But if you shoot someone that is not armed you will be locked up. Even if its in your home. If you do you better go grab one of your handguns and put it in his hand before you call the cops.

Not to sure on that one but can be wrong.. Read the florida gun law book (i read the whole thing back to front) and all the cases that were documented by the lawyer who wrote it. ONE THING ILL AGREE WITH> if you truly feel like your life was in danger AND CAN PROVE IT yes you are RIGHT! you have the right to shoot to kill. And at that rate you BETTER KILL EM to keep one side of the story which is favorable. BUT if you cant prove it in court that your life was without a doubt in danger then you will have a fight on your hands. A lot of money in lawyers and bunch of crap. But if he was holding a weapon then its a done deal.

yea man i read the whole book back to front. All the grey areas are covered there. Mainly the main thing is to have a CWP that covers like 99 percent of the grey areas. But it gives you court dates and statute numbers and all to back up everything he said with proven court results. Its a good book to read. You wont believe the places you cant carry a gun and even walk near.. Its just a book that everyone should own bottom line. I bought it while i was waiting for my cwp to get approved and i have taken my gun off my belt plenty of times in situations where i would of never thought i had to.
