All I can say is that if you don't own it or have permission to be on it, you better stay the heck out! Not only is that smart but it is repectful to the people that do own it.
Cattle pastures, orange groves, strawberry fields and other crops are considered posted land by virtue of the fact that they are active farming areas. Further, trespassing with a weapon is considered a third degree felony. If convicted of a felony, you can kiss you gun ownership rights goodbye.

Did I miss something or this conversation went from unposted private land to FL sovereign land? I read the whole tread again but still not sure if hunting someone's land that is not posted, without their consent, is legal.
