I am going out on a limb here but have any of you thought about a site lease with the members here.

I was going to do just that, but me and my partner decided to not renew our lease and start over with a new one

I'd rather get on an established QDM club that is within 5 hours or so but I've got to hit the lotto 1st. A few guys I know have a lease in the center of the state and offered to let me in last night but it's $6000 a year. They get a few nice bucks every year but I just can't see spending that kind of money.

If anyone is interested in putting together a group from here I'd be interested. I don't have the time it takes to run something like that but I'd help in any way I could. I looked into a QDM piece in Georgia but it was $20 an acre with 200 acres per member minimum and they wouldn't budge.

Sorry. It was $10 per acre.

Ya know if your gonna spend that kind of money to hunt goats, you might as well pay for a trip that is fully catered and a bed to sleep in.I'm sorry,as much as I love deer hunting the day I have to spend that kind of money I think I'll give ut up. 6,000.00 is rediculus, there are no leases in Fl. worth that. I would love to get in a Ga club again, but for a 300.00 tag and the average cost of clubs they better have a lot of does.

Yep, the S fl guys don't bat an eye at paying those prices. I understand why Dony wants to hunt elsewhere.
